Susan M. Miller, The Canine Counselor, is a Certified Veterinary Technician and a Certified Pet Dog Trainer. She specializes in offering individual in-home consultations for problematic behaviors such as aggression, housetraining, noise phobias, separation anxiety or for basic dog obedience training and household manners.
Susan provides humane education talks and presentations to schools, community groups and service organizations. She also volunteers her time at several local animal shelters.
Susan holds a bachelor's degree in education from Westfield State College and an associate's degree in animal science from Holyoke Community College. She is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer and a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. With the philosophy of animal training through positive reinforcement, she has helped thousands of pets and their human companions throughout New England.
