Our mission is to provide your pet with optimal health care through education, prevention, early detection, and timely medical/surgical intervention. We tailor our services to your pet's changing needs. We begin with wellness exams, vaccination programs, parasite control, nutrition advice, and neutering. We offer puppy classes to aid in socialization and development of a life long bond between you and your pet. In middle age, we stress preventative medicine diagnostics, dental care, chiropractic adjustments, and behavior services. As your pet ages, our senior care program takes a proactive approach to promote longevity, maintain health, and preserve the quality of life. We pledge to maintain high professional standards in our friendly and informative setting.
Skilled Veterinary Staff and a High-Quality Facility...
At our hilltown animal hospital, the doctors and their knowledgeable staff are proud to offer a very personal level of service to their customers. Drs. Susan Zuroff and Dwight Baghdoyan are 1986 graduates of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. Married for nearly 20 years, they live -- along with their 2 children, 2 dogs and 3 cats -- in Goshen. In 1993, they relocated from Connecticut and purchased the Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic with the goal of practicing high-quality, compassionate veterinary medicine in a small town setting. Both doctors are available to speak with clients in person or by phone. In the past year, the doctors and staff have attended continuing education programs with such diverse topics as behavior, pain management, dentistry, senior pet care and improving client communications and services. The doctors recently attended a 4-day meeting of the American Animal Hospital Association in Baltimore. The clinic was recently renovated. We added an exam room, separate surgery and radiology rooms, and we enlarged the hospital ward. Recent equipment upgrades include a MedRX Videoscope, new computers and a doppler blood pressure system. This attention to the quality of the facility and the skills of the doctors and staff ensures the highest quality of care for your pet. A professional and respectful work environment is important in promoting a positive experience for you and your pet. We are proud of our extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff. Our hospital manager and head receptionist have been with us for twelve and eight years, respectively. The rest of our staff has been with us an average of four years. From your first visit to the clinic, your pet becomes part of our extended family. And you can count on seeing the same friendly faces each time you walk in the door. Whether scheduling checkups or specific procedures, the staff is happy to work to ensure convenient and timely appointments.
